Provides full-service injection mold design and manufacturing using advanced CAD/CAM software and precision machining equipment. We produce single-cavity, multi-cavity, and family molds with exceptional accuracy and surface finish.

Plastic Injection Molding
From prototype to mass production, our injection molding capabilities cover a wide range of thermoplastics and engineering resins. Our fleet of 18 machines (50T to 350T) includes double-shot and high-speed options for complex requirements.
Applications: Mass production of plastic parts, insert molding, overmolding, double-shot components
CNC Machining
High-precision 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining with industry-leading MORI SEIKI and GF AgieCharmilles equipment. Accuracy down to 0.005mm with spindle speeds up to 42,000 RPM for the most demanding mold components.
Applications: Mold cores and cavities, precision components, electrode manufacturing, prototyping
